About me
I'm Corey Jones, the 13-year-old founder and photographer behind Sh0tzbycorey LLC, a photography brand based in New Orleans, Louisiana. I attend Benjamin Franklin Middle School, where I'm an 8th-grade honors student balancing my education with my passion for photography. My journey started with a love for capturing moments, telling stories, and seeing the world through a different lens. What began as an interest has grown into a mission to create meaningful images that preserve memories, showcase creativity, and tell stories people can look back on for years to come.
I specialize in sports photography, portraits, and special moments, working with athletes, families, individuals, and organizations to capture the energy, emotion, and details that make every moment unique. My goal is to continue growing as a photographer while bringing a fresh perspective and professional experience to every project.
Based in New Orleans, Louisiana, Sh0tzbycorey LLC serves the Greater New Orleans area and surrounding communities, with travel available for opportunities beyond the region.
Every shot tells a story, and I'm here to capture yours. 📸

Photography interests
Portraits
My approach to portrait photography is all about capturing your personality, confidence, and individuality. I want every session to feel comfortable, creative, and unique to you. From choosing the right locations and lighting to guiding poses and capturing natural expressions, I focus on creating images that tell your story and highlight what makes you different. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, updating your personal portraits, or simply creating something special, my goal is to deliver photos you'll be proud to share and cherish for years to come. At Sh0tzbycorey LLC, every detail matters, and every shot has a purpose.
Events
I love photographing events that bring people together and create memories worth preserving. From high-energy sporting events and game-day action to birthdays, celebrations, church events, and community gatherings, I focus on capturing the moments that make each occasion special. My approach is to document the real emotions, excitement, and behind-the-scenes details so every gallery tells the story of the day. At Sh0tzbycorey LLC, I aim to deliver more than just pictures — I capture moments you can relive long after the event is over.
Street & City
I'm passionate about street and city photography because every location has a story to tell. From the historic architecture and vibrant neighborhoods of New Orleans to the city lights, colorful streets, and everyday moments people often overlook, I love capturing the beauty and character of the world around me. A special part of my photography is documenting New Orleans second lines, capturing the brass bands, dancing crowds, colorful umbrellas, and cultural traditions that bring our community together. I love preserving the energy, emotion, and history behind these celebrations while highlighting the people and places that make our city unique. Whether I'm photographing a lively second line, exploring the streets, or capturing a cityscape, my goal is to turn real-life moments into meaningful images that tell a story, celebrate our culture, and preserve the spirit of New Orleans.
